Wayne has been in the Motor Trade since 1985. He completed an apprenticeship and City & Guilds with Sandersons Garage, which is a multi franchise main dealer of Volvo and Citroen. In 1989 Wayne left Sandersons to join JS Holmes Ltd, the Nissan main dealer in the area. Whilst working at JS Holmes Wayne developed a keen interest in auto electrics, and gearboxes, and has completed over 60 courses in this area. Wayne went on to become Workshop foreman, and also oversaw the Body shop, in the managers absence. Wayne also completed his NVQ level 3 and his Master Tech Qualification with Nissan Motors GB. As a fully qualified D32 & D33 assessor Wayne is qualified to teach motor mechanics in our local colleges. With a class1 HGV licence and various Recovery courses through RRA under his belt, Wayne offers the best 24hour recovery service available. Still wanting to achieve more, Wayne recently attended a five day management course, covering people management, profit margins, business growth and the Inland Revenue. Anything Wayne doesn’t know about this business simply isn’t worth knowing.

Director
Tracey first became interested in the motor trade whilst working for JS Holmes Nissan Main Dealer as Service Receptionist. She has completed various Nissan people management, and people 2000 courses, as well as accountancy, Sage, Payroll and first aid courses. Whilst working for JS Holmes Tracey learned a great deal about the day to day running of a professional garage. This is why Tracey decided she'd be able to successfully run a garage independently.
General Manager/ Service Reception
When Clair left school in 2000 she went to college to study Admin and Accountancy, she then worked at Century Salvage in the administration department up until April 2005. Clair then came to Hi-Tech, where she oversees the general running of Hi-Tech and Customer Service, and has attended several training courses for the accountancy package “Sage” and the Insurance claims system “Audatex”.
Administration
After leaving school in 2003 Clare completed a training course in administration with “DDA” in Wymondham, in 2007 Clare moved to Kings lynn and was working for Adrian Flux Insurance. After 3 years Clare relocated again to Wisbech, and looks after the administration at Hi-Tech.
Diagnostic- Technician
When Graham left school he went to work for Wicks of Wisbech Renault Garage, over the course of 4 years Graham completed an apprenticeship gaining qualifications in Service Work, Stores Work, and Diagnostic Work. Graham then went on to work in welding, fabrication, and hydralics. For 17 years Graham worked on all vehicle make and models and also agricultural vehicles at Milton Engineers, carrying out service work, diagnostic work and complete overhauls. Then in 1999 Graham worked for Burral Plastec in factory maintenance, completing courses in Health and Saftey, Risk Assesment, Fire Extinguisher Training, Counter Balance and Reach Truck Operation training as well as general maintenance. Since 2008 Graham has been with us as our Diagnostic technician and MOT tester, but also over sees site maintenance, and electrical work.
Vehicle Technician
When Craig left school in 97 he went straight into a Vehicle mechanics apprenticeship at Marshall’s Cambridge. After his 3 year apprenticeship was complete Craig moved to Marshall’s Peterborough carrying out services and vehicle repairs. In 2002 Craig was working at Stebbings Kings Lynn, preparing the sales vehicles. Craig gained his MOT testers licence when he worked for Sysco Services in 2004. Now Craig continues to MOT, service and maintain vehicles here with us at Hi-Tech.
Vehicle Technician
Das is solely responsible for any “big jobs” including engine rebuilds and replacements, gearboxes, head gaskets, and anything out of the ordinary. Das works to the ethos of “fix it right, first time” and has a remarkably thorough, efficient and high quality level of work. A highly valued member of the Hi-Tech Team.
Bodyshop Manager
Having left school with qualifications in only English and Metalwork, Steve decided to go into bodywork, and took a position at Pilgrims of March. At Pilgrims Steve completed a 5 year apprenticeship in bodywork. On completion of his qualification Steve worked for Paragon as a Panel Beater/Painter and then for Youngs as a painter. In 1994 Steve moved to the ford main dealer TC Harrisons in Peterborough and from there moved on to LX Refurbishments at Albonary Airbase using modern water based paints and laquer. Steve then moved on to Volvo main dealer Hylton Gott working as their bodyshop manager, and is now with us. With Steve’s experience, attention to detail and the equiptment we have, it means that any vehicle is repairable!
